Leica Announces New Colorline Compact Binoculars
Leica has announced the release of brand new Colorline Compact Binoculars. These 8×20 and 10×25 leather trim binoculars are available in six colors: apple green, Aztec beige, Capri blue, lemon yellow, pigeon blue and cherry pink. Each set of binoculars is paired with a matching leather case for compact storage.

Leica M 240 Firmware Released
Leica has announced the release of updated firmware for the Leica M 240. This update, version 2.0.0.11 will enhancements the following:
- Improved white balance to provide better skin tones and color
- Addition of lower quality video compression
- Additional lens profiles have been added to the camera
- Improved stability using Live View with and without the Electronic View Finder 2
- Improved general stability of the camera’s system
- Elimination of an issue with Display settings when sharpness is set on high
- Elimination of an erratic ‘Auto Power Off’ function
- Resolution of incorrect recording dates for video files
- Elimination of problems with Copyright and Artist’s Information in EXIF-Data
